Turn 300 expert episodes into a personalized protocol. From terminal.

90% of people listen to experts and never change a single behavior. This skill closes the loop.

Learning loop: research to experiments to daily review
Before
  • Scattered browser tabs
  • 300 episodes you'll never watch
  • Knowledge trapped in NotebookLM
  • Tabs you kill and kill your intention
After
  • Personal health advisor from 300 episodes
  • Cited protocol tied to exact transcript lines
  • Experiments in your Obsidian daily note
  • Morning routine that asks: how is this going?
load 300 Huberman episodes into NotebookLM. One command. You can't do this manually.
interview Claude queries the notebook with YOUR goal. Generates questions from the expert's actual research.
experiment Protocol becomes experiments in your daily note. Each recommendation cited to the exact episode.

How it works

Load any YouTube channel from terminal

You can't just tell NotebookLM to add a YouTube channel. This skill scrapes the channel and loads sources via browser automation.

python3 scripts/load_channel.py scrape \
  --channel "https://www.youtube.com/@hubaborhab"

python3 scripts/load_channel.py load \
  --notebook <id> --count 200 --concurrency 20

200 videos in ~75 seconds. Same pattern for Lenny, Hormozi, any channel.

Every citation traces to the exact transcript line

When you ask a question, the answer comes back with [N] citations. The resolver turns them into [[Source#^anchor|[N]]] wikilinks. Click to jump to the exact passage.

96% citation resolution rate. 7 out of 8 citations, very strong matches.

Works for any expert, any domain

Health: 300 Huberman episodes. Personal health advisor.

Product: 200 Lenny's Podcast episodes. Product strategy playbook.

New job: Onboarding docs, team wikis, architecture decisions. Ramp-up plan with daily experiments.

Same skill. Same three steps. Different sources.
